Friday July 27th Daily



Today was a decent day. The day began before the sun even came up. I had to drive my family to the airport at like 4 in the morning. The whole thing was kind of a blur… then got home, was really tired and overslept a bit. Then started off the day with a bit of anxiety, had to go to the doctor, never been a fan of going, hasn’t changed. After the doctor I went in to work, finished up the majority of the big project I was working on which was a bit of relief.

Since the family is gone for a little over a week, I have the house completely to myself, including the puppy, and his somewhat grumpy company at times. I decided to bake at 11 at night. I love Pinterest. It’s honestly hard to find someone who doesn’t love it or hasn’t used it at least once for an internet source. Anywho, I found this recipe for ‘Healthy’ individual pies. You take a whole peach or apple and cut it in half, take out the pit/seeds and put honey or brown sugar in the middle and wrap it in pie crust (you can find healthy pie crust, whole wheat, etc.) and then spike it with a fork or knife and then bake it on top of cupcake sheet. They turned out amazing! They were a somewhat guilt-free treat for breakfast or after dinner.


Was finally able to let out some steam!! Spinning class at Fitworks for 45-60 minutes and then did a Circuit and Abs for 30+ minutes after. Got home and walked the pup for 30 minutes. Walked a lot today! 60+ minutes!


According to my Calorie Counter App I burned over 3,667 calories and consumed 1,086 for the day.


Cooked mini Apple Pie, Greek yogurt, granola, and a clementine


Homemade tuna salad, leftover couscous, celery with peanut butter, and a romaine salad with cucumbers, tomato, little bit of ranch and some peas. Snacked on some blueberries.


Some cooked spinach, green beans, mushrooms, mini Peach Pie
