1k Row Warm up.
- Power Bag walking lunge.
- Power Bag squat jumps.
- Medicine Ball Slams (15).
- Box Jumps with floor tap.
- Kettlebell Renegade Row/Spiderman Press-up/ Scorpion press-up.
- TRX core rotations.
- TRX single arm row with rotation.
- TRX falldowns/TRX rollouts/Crunches.
Then a 8k run around the park to finish with.
