July 2nd Monday Night Hell

Monday

Had to go and take care of the dog again after work, which was not in the plan. So I managed to leave work early, made it to take the dog out, feed it, water it, etc. However, trying to make it to spin class was the worst part. I called ahead and luckily got signed in to one of the last spots for a bike. I made it with minutes to spare, the whole class already on bikes and not one left for me. So what happens of course? I ask the instructor is someone didn’t sign up and there was a lady who hadn’t…

Here’s where I find myself in a bind. She didn’t sign up, which I understand, been there, done that… But I just didn’t have the guts to be the bitch who kicked her off the bike. So I just left. I regretted it driving home, because I was already in the worst mood ever, there was no motivating myself after that spout to go and run or do a circuit or anything. And going home, without having the AC on was just making it worse. I got home, and there is nothing appetizing in the fridge. No fresh veggies I could grill up, don’t even have a taste for grilled chicken, and let’s be honest, sharing a kitchen with my mom while I’m home for the summer is out of the question. So no Pinterest recipe making is in my future, at least not for a month or so. I did not end up eating my feelings last night, which may be good or bad… Depending on how I eat tomorrow? So before I spontaneously combust I had to unpack from staying at my Dad’s and dog/house sitting all weekend and all I wanted to do was lay down before I lashed out on anybody else. So that’s what I did, for the greater good of mankind.

Workout

No workout. Hating this. Day #2 in a row…. Need to get my shit together!

Food

According to my Calorie Counter App I burned over 2,445 calories and consumed 701 for the day. Started off the day with breakfast consisting of frosted mini wheats and fat free skim milk. Lunch was grilled asparagus and squash, cucumber slices, oven roasted turkey lunch meat, strawberries, and some tomato, and a snack of frosted mini wheats again before I went home from work.
