Sometimes it seems the longer you put in at the gym, the more benefits you will see. Other times, you just don’t have that much time to give up. Life happens, but exercise is important. Here is a great leg and upper body workout that takes no more than 30 minutes. I found both on Pinterest, did them together, and had a nice mild soreness going on the next day. Make any modifications you need, you know I did!
