Core Workout That Will Get You Right in the Gut!
You really can’t have enough good core workouts! Just like any other muscle group, if you do the same thing all the time, you adapt and stop seeing gains! Change up your ab/core routine as well as your weight training workouts.
I like to put 2-4 exercises together depending on the day. This is 3 exercises. If you are just doing cardio, this is a great workout to do because it will take up more time. Doing with a tough weight training program maybe to much and too time consuming. Unless you are more advanced.
I like to do and suggest 4 sets with 30 – 60 second rest.
