Here is a KK Training Systems circuit routine designed to push any individual past his or her threshold. It is extremely challenging, and will aid in the development of explosive power, muscle endurance, and aerobic endurance in the shortest amount of time. This high intensity training routine will test a person’s mind strength of will throughout the entire routine. The goal is to complete the routine as quickly as possible.
Perform all 6 exercises in sequence to complete a single round. You will complete 10 full rounds for time. In round 1, your will start with 30 jump rope double unders or 150 singles (depending on skill level), followed by 10 repetitions of following five exercises.
