Just in case you are wondering, Alcohol trumps the scale on a massive level. And as I have devoted this weekend to sports and alcohol, I have kissed goodbye my original plan of reaching the -10lbs mark this weekend.
Yesterday I shopped, I ate pizza, I ate a cookie, I ate some broccoli, I ate some popcorn, I babysat, I drank some wine, and I only had two glasses of water. It was a pretty major fail. Subsequently I gained 1.0lb. I did do my 30 day sculpt though. Nailed it.
Today I watched more Euro matches and partook in Sunday Funday. At which of course I consumed 2 mango maragritas, a Magic Hat, some fries, and some mac and cheese. I did get up and make my smoothie this morning, but I really wasn’t feeling it so I did my 30 day sculpt and some just dance instead…
