June 14th Slackin’ ….
Today was alright. And that’s kind of putting it nicely. I feel like crap from my hip hurting and I’m so afraid of making it worse to the point of having to stop working out all together. I went to yoga as per the schedule and felt great after. However, I took Motrin so as to not be in excruciating pain the whole time. I wanted to go for a run but the fear of being in more pain later on just made me not go.. Which didn’t sit well with me either. I miss running. A LOT. And I probably lost the milage I already gained. F@#K! I was able to eat decently for a good part of the day up until dinner, when I decided to have some homemade pizza.. Not the best choice and regretted it completely. Point blank, I need to stop eating crappy foods haha….
Took their Centergy class which is a mix of pilates and yoga and it’s an hour long and it got a good burn going.
According to my Calorie Counter App I burned over 2,641 calories and consumed 1,607 for the day. Breakfast was a banana and coffee withthe works. Lunch was a Greek yogurt, cantaloupe, pineapple & strawberries, half of a red pepper, half of a cucumber, a Stouffer’s frozen lasagna and some whole grain Goldfish Crackers for a snack at work. Before my workout I had garlic couscous leftovers, pork tenderloin leftovers, and a few scraggly pieces of broccoli. For dinner after yoga/pilates I had a lean burger grilled with some A1 and Worsteshire sauce, two small pieces of homemade pepperoni pizza, and grilled/steamed asparagus with a lot of milk. Not proud of the extra ‘junk’ at lunch and dinner. AT ALL.
