At the beginning of your journey remember to take all measurements of your body and take a before shot. You will need to know your height, weight, waist, arms, bust, hips, thighs, body fat, and hydration level. All you need is a weight scale and a measuring tape. My scale was $29 and it measures my weight, body fat, and hydration level.
My Measurements starting as of December 2011:
Body Fat: 55.4%
Dress Size: 16
Take your measurements once a week to monitor your progress. Friendly reminder don’t forget to exercise at least three times a week and eat 8 servings of fruits & veggies. Good Luck Ladies!!!!
