June 6th Daily Sticking To It!
Today was a good day! I kept my lime green nalgene bottle by my side all day, yet again, because I’ve had a lot of muscle soreness and definitely don’t want to be dehydrated. I’ve been fighting off my cravings of wine and margaritas and doing really well! Might have a few this weekend?! I used my Calorie Counter App on my iPhone to track my food intake as well as mapping my run on Map My Run.
Warmed up with 8 minutes of yoga
Ran 5.2 Miles for 46 minutes and burned over 664 calories
According to my Calorie Counter App I burned over 3,000 calories and consumed 1,935 for the day. Breakfast was coffee, Raspberries and Strawberries. Lunch was a mixed greens salad with ranch, cucumbers, tomatoes, red peppers & carrots, Wild Mushroom & Couscous and a grilled Chicken Breast. Dinner was 1/2 of a PB&J sandwich with milk, 1/2 of a grilled tomato and more water!
