June 5th Daily Building Those Healthy Habits
I was really impressed with what I accomplished today. I kept my lime green nalgene bottle by my side all day, staying hydrated. And although it isn’t particularly hot out, it’s still helping cleanse my body of whatever I’ve put it through the past couple weeks of neglect. I used my Calorie Counter App on my iPhone to track my food intake as well as my Nike Training Club App for my circuit workout. The best part about both of these apps is that they are FREE!
So not only have I kept on task with working out everyday, I’ve been exercising portion control like nobody’s business and I’m feeling great. Weighed in at about 173.5 today!

According to my Calorie Counter App I burned over 3,000 calories and consumed 2,181 for the day. Breakfast was coffee, Greek Yogurt, Raspberries and Strawberries. Lunch was a mixed greens salad with ranch, cucumbers, tomatoes, red peppers & carrots, pasta sides creamy shells and a breaded pork chop. Dinner was 1/2 of a grilled chicken breast with squeezed fresh lemon, olive oil, and seasoned to taste, mushroom couscous, 1/2 of a grilled tomato and 1/2 of a chocolate chip cookie.
